Lettuce, Lattuga Trocadero

Lettuce, Lattuga Trocadero is an early variety butter lettuce that has a round head with slightly blistered green leaves and red lacing around the edges.    Its round green leaves with red hues towards the edges are bullous.  It  produces a black seed. Suitable for autumn/winter planting.  I'm always sure to include this Italian Heirloom variety in my garden.  Plant a thimble full once a week and have salad year round.
