Lettuce, Lattuga Passion Brune  (Bruna di Germania)   A late variety heirloom French butterhead lettuce (introduced in 1855) grown as a winter lettuce. Stunningly beautiful. Light green inner color, brown at the tips. Grow spring or fall or even winter.  Lettuce With bright green and slightly bronze leaves, it can be enjoyed in a container, in the garden or for ornamental purposes, making it ideal for kitchen gardens.  This variety is a relatively strong type for winter.  It grows vigorously and leaves grow one after another to form a round shape. The frill-like heads of the leaves turn red in the cold.
