Cauliflower, Cavolofiore Di Jesi  Early variety from near Venice.  

Cauliflower from Jesi is an early, large, vigourous plant with long, prominently ribbed leaves. The head is a good size with creamy-white, spiraling florets. Popular in Italy, it is cooked in a variety of ways from simple purees with parmesan to Arab-influenced dishes in the south where it teams with saffron, raisins and pine nuts.

 This is an early variety for summer-autumn sowing, preferably in seed beds, and transplanted to 18"
