Cauliflower, Cavolfiore Palla Di Neve "Sel. Franchi"  Early.  Snowball   Vigorous, dwarf plant with large wrapping outer leaves.  Large, compact head with white rounded white florettes. Snowball Cauliflower is a plant of the Cruciferae family, small in size, with a very short stem. It has upright leaves with a slightly wavy, blond-green entire blade, without blisters, with medium veining. Corymb of medium size with a rounded shape with slightly pronounced reliefs. Very early  65 days.  Direct Seed  2-3 seeds/1/ 16".  Space 16" apart:  May to end July. Or start transplants 5 wks before setting June -August.  Harvest:  Sept-Nov.
