Fagiolo Cropper Teepee Early Dwarf French White Seeded Variety.  A vigorous and good productive plant producing 5-6 inch long, dark green, straight, stringless meaty pods that grow at the top of the plant for easier harvest.  This compact variety is perfect for today’s small-space gardens.  This bean also has white showy flowers for ornamental value during bloom time. You will appreciate the crunchiness and taste of this bean as well as the plentiful harvest all season long.  They grow above the leaves. This makes them resistant against diseases in wet weather. They grow very fast. They are productive, healthy, prolific plants with a good resistance against bean diseases.

The Cropper Teepee root system is ideal for patio containers and window boxes, and this versatile variety performs well in garden beds too. That means you can raise delicious beans in any outside space.  Sow into pots or trays on a sunny window sill or in a green house during April covering the seed with 25mm of compost plant out after all chance of frost has passed 15" apart.  Alternatively sow direct outside into warm soil after the risk of frost has passed.  Regular sowing will ensure a continuous supply of beans throughout the summer.  This bush bean grows low and can be grown against beansticks.  They grow above the leaves. This makes them resistant against diseases in wet weather.  

Use this very delicious, tender beans in soups, casseroles, stir-fries, salads, stews, Eastern dishes and as a shortly cooked vegetable.  Growing: sow the seeds from mid-May to mid-July.   The plants grow best in sunny positions and are ready to be harvested from July to September.  The architecture of the plant resembles the typical Indian tent.  . The pods are medium-dark green and about 7" long, straight, round and stringless. Cropper Teepee is resistant to Bean Common Mosaic Virus.
