Nasturtium Nasturzio Nano, Dwarf Multicolor

Nasturtium Nasturzio Nano, Dwarf Multicolor  is more of a bush variety.  It's easy to grow and the flowers are bright, cheery and edible.  

The bright, cheerful nasturtium is as useful in the kitchen as the garden. It is edible, both flowers and leaves, and has a pepper flavor that makes a great addition to a salad.

Produces masses of yellow/ orange color flowers on a compact plant.  Easy to grow half hardy annual bedding plant. Produces masses of yellow/ orange color flowers on a compact plant, height up to 14 “. Flowers are perfumed and loved by bees and butterflies. Ideal for use in flower beds and containers.   Sow from March to end May and flowers July to end October.    

Easy to grow once germinated.  Seeds can be a bit challenging to germinate.  Try soaking them in water overnight before planting the next day. Direct seeding is recommended. Sow 2 weeks before last frost date, 2 seeds every 6”. Cover with ½ “  soil (requires dark to germinate). Thin to one plant every 12 inches. Germinates in 7-14 days. Prefers full sun/partial shade.

Annual mix. 55-65 days.   Approximately 30 seeds.
