Lovage / Wild Celery / Sedano di Monte A perennial plant.Lovage - Sedano di Monti - is a wild relative of celery and grows somewhat like parsley. Perfume of leaves is similar to celery and are used for salads.  Harvest in June and July. .Has a really intense celery taste, but without the time consuming process of growing celery. Great flavor for the perfect battuto for a sauce. Grow from early spring. Start seeds in pots (scatter a few seeds per cell like parsley) and thin or just plant entire pot), direct seed in early spring, or just grow in a large container.
